Helping you help yourself Active Life Health Clinic is a natural health practice that employs the ancient approach of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Methods of treatment include acupuncture, acupressure, Chinese herbals, Chinese food cures, western nutrition and supplements, and tui na massage. We offer treatment in our clinic as well as on-site workplace wellness programs with Active Life Mobile Health Services.We also offer solution-focused counselling from a registered counsellor.Our Philosophy We strongly believe in the importance of "active" health care. Our goal is to work in partnership with you to bring you to your optimal health. We believe that we are guides, teachers, and motivators. Using proven health modalities that bring about whole-being balance, our focus is on ongoing health, not just temporary relief. This is what we call active health.
