We provide psychological assessment and treatment to children, youth, adults, and families who are experiencing the following kinds of concerns:

* parenting challenges

* anxiety & worry
* relationship problems
* chronic pain
* learning and attention problems
* autism spectrum disorders (including supervision of IBI programs)
* eating disorders

* lifestyle changes
* labour and birth preparation

We generally take an integrative approach to psychotherapy; and, depending on the circumstances, make use of interventions from the following types of therapy:

* cognitive-behaviour therapy
* family therapy

* narrative therapy
* psychodynamic therapy
* client centered / humanistic therapy
