Description
KATC is the place to rehabilitate sports injuries in Kingston. The Kingston Athletic Therapy Centre caters to everyone from the weekend warrior to the professional athlete. Our team of Athletic Therapists utilize muscle energy, myofascial release, soft tissue release, cranial sacral therapy and sports specific exercise prescription to get you back to play safely, quickly and effectively. Pre-season functional screening programs are offered to those who want to prevent the onset of injury through strength and conditioning, or optimize their athletic goals for the season. Custom orthopedic bracing and off the shelf options are offered to maintain structure and function of injured areas. KATC also offers on site medical coverage which includes pre event taping and strapping, immediate first aid and assessment of injuries as well as post event follow up and recommendations. We empower our patients to take an active role in their healing process. Active Recovery for Active Individuals!
