Description Dermatologist Dr. Earl Minuk combines modern technology with fifteen years of experience to bring together the union of medical and cosmetic dermatology. In 1993, Dr. Minuk introduced advanced laser skin technology to Winnipeg and currently directs his SkinClinic and Laser Centres in Central Winnipeg and St. Vital .
