Description Remerge Rehabilitation is an interdisciplinary clinic that utilizes a holistic approach to collaborate with our clients and other stakeholders during the rehabilitation process. We provide outpatient and community based interventions to address the specific issues related to each individual's situation. The goal is to ensure our client's are able to discover and utilize their maximum potential throughout treatment. Chronic pain, disease processes, acute injury, mental illness, and other issues can decrease the client's ability to manage home, social and work related tasks.
