Getting a MedCentra appointment is as simple as one phone call and a physician's referral. Because MedCentra's MRI facility is the ONLY public or private MRI facility in Ontario whose operating hours are not consumed by an OHIP caseload, an appointment can be set up and an MRI exam performed in the fastest possible time - usually within a couple of days. Once the exam is completed, a comprehensive radiologist's report is transmitted to the referring health care provider just as quickly. For high-volume organizations that book on a regular basis, MedCentra can even offer guaranteed weekly appointment slots and flexible payment terms. And MedCentra's fees are very competitive with those at other public hospitals and at out-of-town private MRI clinics.
