Would absolutely not use this clinic again for many reasons including substandard care and having been left a freak! Entered operating room in dirty street shoes; blinds open to Glenmore Trail, extremely uncomfortable for Customer! Attendant did not want to close blinds! Not one person said a word of welcome, explanation, good morning!! Extremely unprofessional behaviours and attitudes! No help to washroom after recovery. Inadequate oxygen, water, no snack even though hypoglycemic. Private nurse told to "fetch" bottled water from store on main level of building as none provided! No step stool to exit gurney safely even with gut full of stitches following MAJOR surgery! Lack of privacy to dress in recovery; nasty, public comments made about what to wear! A humiliating and dangerous experience where "surgeon" took no responsibility for his team, invalidation by College "for" Physicians and Surgeons, and total disinterest by Calgary Health Region! This is a clinic which should definitely NOT be performing major surgeries! This clinic's claims of safety, comfort, and a welcoming environment are a complete medical hypocriscy!

It has now been a year since an abdominoplasty was performed at this location on August 31, 2006. Given the health problems that have resulted, that surgery in the future is necessary to repair the poor results, and the unprofessional treatment at this clinic, I would not recommend this location to anyone! A complaint was made to the College of Physicians and Surgeons, resulting only in a warning that the customer could be sued and, without an investigation, the medical needs of the client were deemed to have been met. A further complaint has been made to the Calgary Health Region, particularly as it concerns a clinic with inadequate resources for performing a major surgery.
