It seems like your just another infertile couple to this clinic... oh well try again. You never get the same Doctor!! When I had my blastocyst transfer he did it without the ultrasound machine!!! Who is he Houdini???!!!!!After mt big NEGATIVE result they tell you to add your name again because there's a waiting list!!!! Very unpersonal. Just a lab mouse.

I found the receptionists and staff to be absent minded and rude. They left me sitting in the waiting room for 20 minutes as they forgot I was there before I walked over and reminded them. No apology. The Ultrasound tech was cold. No smiles. Monotone voice. Are these people all on sedatives or something. Geeze, you'd think babies would make people smile but instead it is the opposite. bad vibe. Also they never mentioned or explained all these packages for 4d ultrasounds that they try to upsale you, nor do they explain that you have to sign on that day to get a discount. Therefore, even though you just paid 500$ for a routine scan, this does not qualify you for a discount the next time you come for you 20 week scan that you are paying an additional 190$ for. Uhhhh, what's going on here?
