Was verbally harassed by the owner of medpoint Alex. His receptionist made a mistake and had me sent to a specialist in the wrong city. After taking the day off work and going to the appointment in the city I had requested, I find out the appointment was set for a different city. I was very upset as we all know we pay good money to go there and have things done correctly. Instead of apologizing for the error they became very rude. I contacted Alex the owner (who's wife is the Dr. there, he's nothing but an IT tech) and he became verbally abusive consideriny my situation. I was given no apology and myself and the rest of my family did not return. This place is a money grab, but if you like being treated poorly and paying for it this is the place for you.... really dissapointed after spending the money and referring several family member. This is not a top notch service, it is a sub par medical denter that offers a snack and nothing else out of the ordinairy (their nurses are very sweet however). Patients are supposed to be treated with compassion and respect, I received neither at Medpoint.
