The clinic is located in the Carrefour Medical building at 3030 boul. Le Carrefour in Laval, in the medical section (west side of the building) on the 5th floor (Suite 503). The building is wheelchair accessible. The parking is free and is located behind the building (through the bus entrance between the bus terminal and the building. Exams may be covered by the CSST or the SAAQ and many insurance companies cover imaging services. If your exams are not covered, we accept credit cards (Amex, Visa, Mastercard), cash, Interac or check.
