We are a unique Medical Clinic that provides enhanced healthcare. At Regal Health Services we spend as much time as you need to fully address all aspects of your health in an initial Comprehensive Health and Lifestyle Assessment, which entails a thorough personal history and medical examination, blood tests, EKG, ultrasounds or x-rays.

All medically necessary tests are covered under OHIP as usual. As a client of our clinic, you are entitled to:

• 24/7 emergency medical advice from Your Personal Physician
• Email to Your Personal Physician’s Blackberry 8AM-8PM 7 days a week
• Email contact directly to Coordinator 9 AM-5 PM
• Office appointment within 1-2 business days of your request
• Extensive phone and email support for your healthcare needs
• Three consultations with Allied Health Care Professionals of your choice, including: Dietitian, Psychologist, Chiropractor/Physiotherapist, Massage Therapy, Optometrist, Podiatrist, Audiologist, or Fitness Coach
• Prescriptions (new or refills) phoned or faxed to your pharmacy without an office visit
• Wallet CD for your personal medical records with copies of pertinent X-rays, EKG, labs etc
• 14 Emergency Prescriptions for infections, rashes and other common ailments for immediate use
• Travel & Immunization medical advice by phone and Rx without an office visit if possible

Your typical follow up appointment may last 30 minutes or more for an in depth discussion of test results and your individualized health plan. If you prefer to have the discussion by phone to save you time, that can be arranged as well.

In order to be able to provide this type of comprehensive and personal health services, Regal Health has a limit to the number of clients it can accommodate and there is an annual fee of $3700. There are no other fees.

A quick phone call to us can sometimes prevent an unnecessary emergency visit or more importantly, be critical to your health. OUR POLICY IS THAT EMERGENCY MEDICAL ADVICE SHOULD BE OBTAINABLE AT ALL TIMES FOR OUR PATIENTS 24/7/365. YOUR DOCTOR IS ALWAYS ON CALL!
